You will be customer operations support part comprises answering to customer queries over the phone call and also over the chat. Every business operations has domain specific SOP. Conviction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication (Voice & Chat)

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls.

Address customer questions and concerns in live chat, web chat, or app-based communication platforms.

Understand and articulate solutions clearly, ensuring the customer feels heard and valued.

Deliver consistent, professional, and courteous customer service at all times.

Build rapport with customers and foster long-term trust in the company’s service or product.
SOP Adherence & Domain Familiarity

Follow the business domain’s SOPs accurately to address customer concerns, ensuring operational consistency.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or level with proper documentation.

Understand company policies, offerings, and domain-specific terminology to confidently assist customers.

Keep updated with operational changes and attend required SOP training sessions regularly.
Problem Resolution & Ownership

Resolve product, service, billing, or account-related issues in a timely manner.
-
Take ownership of queries until resolution, avoiding unnecessary transfers or delays.

Use judgment and conviction to handle uncertain or emotionally sensitive situations with maturity.

Stay calm under pressure and manage high call/chat volumes effectively during peak times.
Documentation & CRM Updates
-
Maintain accurate logs of interactions using CRM tools or helpdesk software.

Tag conversations correctly based on the nature of inquiry or issue.

Ensure all internal notes, resolutions, and next steps are well documented for team visibility.

Monitor open tickets and follow up with customers to ensure closure and satisfaction.
Quality & Process Improvement

Meet performance metrics including response time, first contact resolution, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), and adherence to SOP.

Contribute feedback to improve internal processes, SOP clarity, or knowledge base documentation.

Participate in quality audits and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
