JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Minimum Educational Qualification - 10+2 /any Graduates.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
• Good Written communication & typing skills.
• Make designated number of outbound calls within the time allotted.
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling Calls.
• Describe products to the customers and responds to queries and close sales.
• Has to prepare the reports and maintain them as well
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
• Flexibility with Rotational Shifts
• Must be flexible to work timings.
• A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications.
