Skill Set Required
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi
• Good Understanding ability
• The associate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer
• He will be responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System
Roles & Responsibilities
• Follow up customer calls made wherever is necessary
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000 /month
