Job Description
Minimum 6 months experience in international voice process
Shift Timing: 9 hours shift, the shift window will be 24 times 7 with two week offs (not fixed)
Skill sets required: -
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Experience in International Voice process would be preferred . Fresher with excellent communication in English can also apply.
- Candidate experienced in Domestic process having excellent communication skill in English and zeal to work in International process can also apply.
- Should have good presence of mind / Customer Care attitude
- Should have basic computer Knowledge
Other Requirement: -
- The candidate should be open to work in flexible shift timing, predominantly night.
Educational Qualification required would be minimum 10 2 from any recognized board.
