Responsibilities and Duties
- outbound tele calling & able to deliver assigned target
- Daily calling customers and collecting payment effectively within the stipulated time to achieve the target.
- Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through calls .
- updating the call status on crm
- Maintaining consistent productivity in working hours .
