Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as BPO Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, chats, or tickets to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support-related issues. You will be representing international or domestic clients, depending on the project.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, basic computer knowledge, and a genuine willingness to help customers. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality customer experiences and maintaining client satisfaction levels.

*Key Responsibilities:*
  •  Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up when needed
*Eligibility:*
  • HSC / Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher or Experienced
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off)Shift
  • Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM to 9 PM
  • Salary: As per interview discussion
  • Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai  
*Skills Required:*
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-focused attitude
