Call Handling from Customers and resolving the issues. regarding printers, routers, and email issues.
Supporting the Query and doing the needful.
Reporting to the team lead.

Any Graduate with Good communication & Excellent English Fluency.

Experience with 1 year in International Voice will be an add-on.
