Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a BPO Customer Support Executive to join our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing product or service-related support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through voice, email, or chat communication channels.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in BPO or customer service is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support for customer queries.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.

Log all interactions and maintain proper documentation in the CRM or support system.

Follow up on customer complaints or service requests until resolution.

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly performance targets (e.g., call quality, resolution time).

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintain a professional and positive tone during all customer interactions.

Adhere to company policies, call center guidelines, and data privacy rules.
Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: Minimum 12th pass / Any Degree or Diploma.

Good command over English and/or regional languages (e.g., Tamil, Hindi).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, internet usage, CRM tools).

Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

Problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts or weekends if required.
