Job details:Healthcare process.Involved in Providing email and voice support for healthcare and health insurance quires.Handling inbound calls / emails / chats resolving insurance and accounts.Proficient in Understanding customer issues and should be good in excel and written English.

Eligibility:Freshers with good technical skills and fluency in English.Should be flexible with rotational shifts.5 DAYS WORKING, Rotational 2days off, 2 way transport.Any Graduate can appear for interview BE/BTech, Bcom, BSc, BBA, BBM,BCA, BSC.
Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)Provide World Class Customer Service.End to Transaction of Reports.
Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile
Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
