- Identify Customers needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers on Insurance related queries and complaints.
- Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total Customer Satisfaction.

- Excellent command on English
- Other Languages: Kannada & MalayalamPrevious Experience in a Customer Support Role / Knowledge or Exposure to Insurance Industry is an added advantage.
