Profile: Customer Service Associate
Salary: 1.5L-2.2L
Shift: Rotational

Responsibilities:
· Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customer.
· Good comprehension skills-ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately.
· Good composition skill-ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
· Flexible with working schedule; may be expected work weekend, holidays and events.
· Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
· Ability to work overtime as required by business – as much as 60 hours a week.
