Description: Executive has to communicate with the international clients and provide them with the assistance.
Responsibilities:
- To answer the calls from UK based clients
- Providing technical assistance
- Troubleshooting the issues related to Microsoft products, Printers, Desktop, Laptops, Emails etc.
Qualification Required:
- Any 12th pass/Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate with good command on English language and general understanding of technical nuances.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Salary: Starting from 12k up to 45k. Depends on the performance in the interview and experience.
