Job Description
We are looking for candidates in the following vertical Outbound Sales (Domestic Process)
Required Skill Set:
- Sales background is preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills (English)
- Hard Working & Responsible
- Smart & Young
- Location: delhi
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Call potential customers, educate and convert to a sale.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Good communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Experience Required:1 to 3 year's of relevant work experience
- Working Days & Hours: 6 Days, 9 Hrs. (10 am - 7 pm / 11 am - 8 pm)
