CUSTOMER
SUPPORT EXECUTIVE:
- A Customer support Executive / Associate in this role deals with a number of
incoming calls & outgoing calls, pertaining to the clients business.
- The
associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to
the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:
- Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:
- Age: 18 to 30 years of age
- Education / Qualifications: 12th / Graduate / PG
- Deals with incoming & outgoing customer calls with a friendly and
positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the
duration of the call.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Should be
able to speak English, Kannada
- Good communication skills
- Polite and customer service oriented
- Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
- SALARY:For Full
time: 10500 CTC
