Job Descriptions:

Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion.
Understanding the customer's requirements and assist them
Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer and building the customer's confidence
Openings for both fresher's and experienced.
Undergraduate / Graduate Fresher's can also apply.
Voice process openings for Travel and Insurance.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English.
24*7 shifts and 5 days working

Competency Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of computers.
Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
Working days: 5 days a week - Weekly off : 2 days
Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Compensation Package: 19.5K to 32K CTC (Depends on Experience, Industry, Last Drawn Salary) + Incentives + Employee Benefits + 24/7 Transportation Facility.
