Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
For Voice Process (Domestic / International):
Handle inbound or outbound calls related to customer service, sales, support, or collections.
Listen actively to customer concerns, understand their problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone throughout the call.
Follow call scripts (if applicable) and process flow accurately.
Generate leads, upsell products, or collect feedback (if assigned to a sales or feedback process).
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
For Non-Voice Process (Email / Chat / Backend):
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing platforms.
Maintain a professional writing style with correct grammar and tone.
Handle order processing, complaint resolution, or account updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Domestic vs International Process:
Domestic BPO:
Communicate in regional languages (Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) and basic English.
Support Indian customers in banking, telecom, eCommerce, insurance, or logistics.
Fixed working hours or general shifts; mostly day shifts.
Basic technical or customer service knowledge required.
International BPO:
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
Serve customers from US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.
Flexible with night shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability.
May require accent training, familiarity with foreign cultures, and quick learning.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Good Communication Skills: Clear, fluent speaking and writing in required languages.
Customer Handling Ability: Polite, patient, and problem-solving approach.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Typing speed of 25–35 WPM, familiarity with MS Office, browsers, CRM tools.
Typing & Grammar (for Non-Voice): Error-free writing, email etiquette, and chat response handling.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with co-workers and managers.
Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer issues carefully before responding.
