Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or other forms of communication to assist customers with their inquiries, issues, or complaints.

Provide accurate information about products, services, billing inquiries, or technical issues.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
-
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and support.
2. Product/Service Knowledge:
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.

Provide accurate product or service information to customers, ensuring they receive the right solutions.

Address questions regarding product features, service offerings, and account details.
3. Complaint Handling and Resolution:
-
Resolve customer issues or complaints by understanding their concerns, providing alternatives, or escalating issues as necessary.

Maintain patience and professionalism when dealing with irate customers, ensuring positive outcomes.
-
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and to gather feedback for future improvements.
4. Outbound Calls (if applicable):
-
Make outbound calls to existing or potential clients, offering services, handling queries, or collecting feedback.
-
Follow scripts for different scenarios, including lead generation, upselling, surveys, or appointment scheduling.

Ensure that outbound calls are conducted within company guidelines, maintaining high levels of professionalism.
5. Sales Support (for Sales-Oriented BPOs):
-
Assist customers in making purchase decisions by providing detailed information on products or services.

Process orders, resolve order-related inquiries, and provide tracking information.

Support the sales team by identifying and following up on potential sales leads.
6. Data Entry and Documentation:
-
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and requests in the CRM system or other designated software.

Update customer profiles and account details as required, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.

Ensure proper documentation of all service issues or requests for future reference.
7. Adherence to SLAs and KPIs:
-
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries, adhering to company service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain a set level of customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT) and resolve issues within the target resolution time.
8. Reporting and Feedback:

Regularly report on customer inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and trends.

Share feedback and customer insights with supervisors and management for process improvements.

Document and report recurring issues to help improve products or services.
9. Cross-Department Coordination (if applicable):

Coordinate with other teams, such as sales, technical support, or logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met.

Escalate complex issues to specialized departments and follow through on resolution.
