Responsibilities
1.Excellent written and oral communication skills
2.Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers
3.Knowledge on claims follow up, denials and immediate action to resolve them (or) knowledge about insurances and eligibility verification.
4.Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables (or) check the eligibility status of patient.
5.Should be flexible to work in night shifts
*US shift
*Cab provided for female staffs.
* 5 days work (Weekends OFF)
* Job location (Nagercoil)
