Shree Hari Insurance is looking for a part-time Calling Executive (Female) to support our customer outreach and client engagement activities. This is a remote role, ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable working independently.
The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining insurance products and services, handling basic customer queries, and maintaining accurate call records. You will also assist with follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working closely with the team to achieve business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
Explain insurance plans and services in a clear and professional manner
Address customer inquiries and share relevant information
Maintain detailed and accurate call records
Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the internal team
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Meet assigned calling and performance targets

Comfortable using calling tools; basic CRM knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Prior experience in the insurance sector is an added advantage
