Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented BPO Executive / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, promoting products or services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role demands strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers, resolving their queries, complaints, or requests effectively and politely.

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or conduct surveys.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM or call management systems.

Follow up on leads, appointments, or service requests as needed.

Achieve or exceed individual and team targets related to call volume, sales, or customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with other departments to address complex customer issues or escalate when necessary.

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
