Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Calls (Outbound/Inbound):

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote services/products, generate leads, or gather information.

Handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with information and resolving queries related to products, services, or issues.

Ensure high-quality service is provided during every customer interaction.

Lead Generation and Sales:

Engage with potential clients to generate leads, promote new services, or upsell existing services/products.

Convert leads into sales by addressing customer concerns and presenting the benefits of the products or services offered.

Meet or exceed sales or lead generation targets set by the company.

Customer Support:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a positive attitude and empathetic approach to provide effective solutions to customers' problems.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information about services and products.

Data Entry and Documentation:

Update and maintain customer records in the company’s CRM or database system accurately.

Document the details of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues raised, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required.

Track and report key performance metrics, such as call volumes, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Follow-Up Calls:

Make follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in services/products or are awaiting resolutions to issues.

Ensure that customer concerns or queries are addressed, and any pending actions are completed in a timely manner.

Achieving Targets:

Work towards achieving individual and team targets related to lead generation, sales, or customer satisfaction.

Report progress toward goals and suggest improvements to management to help meet objectives.

Promotional Campaigns:

Participate in promotional campaigns and provide customers with information about new products, offers, or discounts.

Assist in driving the success of campaigns by calling potential customers, collecting feedback, and encouraging participation.
