BPO Inbound Team Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate calls, give feedbacks, Monitor calls
and lines.
2. Scheduling to ensure the platform runs 24/7.
3. Review follow-ups of the agents and the QRU.
4. Handling a team of 20+ agents.
5. Setting of daily targets for agents.
6. Scheduling and organizing daily rosters.
7. Proper supervision of agents to maintain decorum.
8. Motivating agents to work in an efficient manner and helping them to cover up any loopholes.
9. Training of agents to ensure better customer satisfaction and better call quality.
10. Handling Escalation calls of Customers.
Requirements:
1. Graduation in any field.
2. Must be from BPO Background.
3. Must have On Paper TL Experience.
4. Must have handled 20+ Agents.
5. Must be comfortable in Rotational/ Night Shifts.
