Job Description
Call Centre Professionals who are willing to take a high volume of inbound / outbound calls. It is expected that the best of those who handle such a profile with discipline, initiative and consistency, apart from opportunities to grow with us, also set themselves up for an exciting career in Customer service.
Responsibilities list:
• Manage large amounts of incoming / outgoing calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹18,000 to - ₹35,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
