Job Description

Excellent Communication Skills required for the international voice calling process.

- 0- 2 years call centre experience.

- Fresher’s with good customer service skills would be preferred.

- 5 days working culture (Monday to Friday).

- Night Shift (6:30pm to 4:00 am).

Responsibilities and Duties:-

1.Handling inbound / outbound calls

2.Handling their queries

3.Handling stock

4.Maintaining excel sheet

5.Checking with the delivery boy

6.Handling calls, emails etc.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Minimum Qualifications: -10th To Graduation.

• Fresher’s & Experience are welcome
