1. Job Title: BPO Telesales Executive Location: Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu Salary: Minimum ₹10,000 per month + High Incentive Structure Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Promote company products/services and generate leads.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.

Provide excellent communication and customer support.

Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer queries confidently.

Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of telesales executives.

Monitor call performance and ensure target achievement.

Train new team members on sales techniques and communication.

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

Motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment.

1–2 years of experience in telesales or team handling preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage pressure and drive results.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Oversee complete BPO center operations.

Ensure sales and performance targets are met across teams.

Develop strategies to improve productivity and business growth.

Manage staffing, training, and resource allocation.

Maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.

Responsible for overall center performance and revenue.

3+ years of experience in BPO operations or leadership roles.

Strong people-management and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and operational planning skills.

Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement solutions.
