Position Overview:
We are hiring BPO Non-Voice Process Executive for our BPO operations. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer back-end operations and are comfortable handling tasks like data entry, email/chat support, document processing, and online customer assistance without voice interaction.
The Non-Voice Process Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery by processing information accurately, responding to customer queries via text, and maintaining detailed records. If you are detail-oriented, good at typing, and have strong written communication skills, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support via Chat and Email:

Respond to customer queries through email and live chat platforms.

Resolve complaints, answer inquiries, and provide information regarding products/services.

Maintain professionalism and service quality during interactions.
2. Data Entry & Documentation:

Enter and update customer or transaction data in company databases and systems.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of all data entries.

Prepare reports and support documents as per instructions from supervisors.
3. Order & Transaction Processing:

Process online orders, cancellations, refunds, and product/service updates as per customer requests.

Cross-check data to avoid duplication or errors before confirming entries.

Coordinate with other departments (like accounts or logistics) for issue resolution.
4. Record Keeping & Compliance:

Maintain updated logs and customer history as required for audits and compliance.

Follow internal protocols to protect customer data and adhere to company policies.
5. Quality Control:

Ensure consistency and quality in written communication.

Follow quality benchmarks set by the team leader or quality analyst.

Flag and escalate unusual cases to supervisors or higher management.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
-
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.

Graduate preferred in any stream (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., BBA, etc.).

Experience:
-
1–2 years in BPO/ITES/back-office/non-voice operations.

Freshers with good typing and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Language Proficiency:

Strong written communication in English is mandatory.

Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Typing speed: Minimum 30–35 WPM with high accuracy.

Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and formatting in written English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel), Google Sheets, and email tools.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
