Hiring For BPO Non-Voice Process
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
Requirements:
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
Shift Timings: Night Shift (7.30 Pm To 5.30 Am)
Working Days: 5 Days working (Sat, Sun Fixed off)
Qualification: Any Graduates (Arts & Science, Engineering) / Diploma / ITI / Distance / Drop out (2017 to 2022 passed out only). Up to 3 backlogs can apply.
Age: Between 18 to 26 years
Work Location: Chennai.
