Job Description

We are hiring Non-Voice BPO Associate with strong typing skills and a keen eye for detail to handle customer queries via chat and email. The role also involves basic medical transcription tasks, so familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. Candidates should have good written communication, a typing speed of at least 35 WPM, . Prior experience in non-voice processes or medical transcription is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support via Non-Voice Channels:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
Data Entry and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process customer orders, requests, and forms with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Update and manage customer accounts, ensuring that data is kept up to date and in compliance with company standards.
Order Processing and Handling Requests:
- Assist with processing customer orders and returns, ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.
- Verify customer details and other information to ensure smooth transactions and accurate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the relevant departments (e.g., logistics, sales, finance) to resolve any issues or inquiries.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate customer issues and provide solutions within the established guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolve any lingering issues.
Maintain High Quality and Productivity Standards:
- Ensure that all interactions are handled according to the company’s quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Meet or exceed individual productivity targets and performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction scores).
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient support.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Report any issues or challenges to supervisors or managers promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues or inquiries.
Knowledge Management:
- Stay updated on product/service changes, company policies, and relevant processes.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by providing insights or feedback to improve processes, templates, and FAQs.
