Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support via Non-Voice Channels:

Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.

Data Entry and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Process customer orders, requests, and forms with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Update and manage customer accounts, ensuring that data is kept up to date and in compliance with company standards.

Order Processing and Handling Requests:

Assist with processing customer orders and returns, ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.

Verify customer details and other information to ensure smooth transactions and accurate order fulfillment.

Collaborate with the relevant departments (e.g., logistics, sales, finance) to resolve any issues or inquiries.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate customer issues and provide solutions within the established guidelines.

Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate team members or supervisors when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolve any lingering issues.

Maintain High Quality and Productivity Standards:

Ensure that all interactions are handled according to the company’s quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Meet or exceed individual productivity targets and performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction scores).
