We’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our company and to lead the customer service team to greater heights. You’ll supervise approximately 10 full-time employees who are in contact with our customers (both businesses and individuals) in person and via email, phone, live chat and other methods.
Responsibilities:-
- Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
- Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
Team management experience:-
- Coaching and communication skills
- Experience within customer services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
Salary:- ₹15,000 to - ₹35,000 /month
Experience :- 1 year to 4 Year as a Team Leader/Supervisor
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
