We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as BPO Tele caller and Data Entry Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and entering accurate data into our systems.
Key Responsibilities:For Tele calling:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers based on leads provided.

Explain products/services and resolve queries efficiently.

Maintain customer records by updating information in CRM.

Follow up on leads and maintain call logs.
For Data Entry:

Enter, update, and verify data in the system or database.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Maintain detailed records and prepare reports as needed.

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).

Good communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
