Job Description:
- Resolving game based queries
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting / customer service skills
Desired Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Excellent Spoken communication skills
- Excellent written Skills
- Problem-Solving skills
- Should know about at least any one Android game( like -Candy Crush/Temple Run ,Clash of clans Etc)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing skills as required by the process
- Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well
- Basic knowledge and ability to use various applications / tools related to the function / Project Flexibility to work in shifts.
Rounds
- Written Test( On Topics)
- Written Test( On Mail Scenarios)
- HR Round( Topics will be given to check spoken English Skills)
- Operation Manager Round( Topics will be given to check written and Spoken English-Writing+Speaking)
- Offer Letter on same day if selected
