Specific Duties/Responsibilities
Dial out-bound sales call.
Contact the customers from the given data-base and promote the product
Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch URBANPRO product/service accordingly
Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets
Good Communication skills in English & Hindi
Skills/Experience Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Should have Excellent Communication & Convincing skills
Prior experience in tele-sales process, selling products directly to end-users
Good at identifying and prioritisation tasks which results in achieving the targets
Must be highly organised and self-motivated
Prior experience in education industry is a big plus
Education/Other Pre-Requisites
Any Graduate
Candidates with 6 months or more experience in sales
