Job Description
Job Role : Inbound & Outbound Voice Process/Non-voice
- Receiving calls of customers & solving their queries as well as outcall the customers and promote the product.
- Candidates are required to be energetic, patient and alert while speaking to customers over phone.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum -any graduate
- We are looking for Freshers.
- Between 18 - 25 years of age
- Basic knowledge of Computer
- Day shifts(Voice Process)/ Night shifts(Non-voice)
