Job Description
We are is looking to hire a 'Customer Support' who will be part of our customer service team.
Position:- 'Community Associate' ( Female candidates)
Location : Chennai
Experience : 0-3 yrs
Working days / Hours: Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm
Role::- responsible for communicating with our users, as well as being a voice for them and will involve managing to time sensitive customer issues
The details are as below:
- Responsibilities: Engage with Company users via email support.
- Respond to users in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Demonstrate empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions , troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for open orders and account issues
