Call Center Operator Job in 2W Trade at Delhi

2W Trade India is hiring operators to work in a call center to make outbound calls for inquiries received from a customer in order to make up-sell of goods. Answer inquiries and questions, handle the complaint and provide information.
Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Capture opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements: 

• Basic qualification/higher degree
• Previous experience in a customer support role is highly required
  
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Can speak professionally in English, Hindi or Urdu
•  Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
