Candidate should be graduate with a Regular time degree.

Excellent communication skills.

Should be willing to work in the Night Shift 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. Phone Skills, Professionalism, Judgment.

Minimum Qualification - Graduate /B.tech / BCA / MCA/B.com.

Good problem solver and strong understanding of IT Skills and Technologies.

Self-driven, Ambitious, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Smart and confident.

Quick learner.

Good presence of mind.

Willing to do night shift only.

Immediately joiner.

Good presentation, interpersonal skills.

Highly energetic and motivated individual.

Responsibilities after selection*

• Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.),
  
• Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels
  
• Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking and phone calls.
  
• Contact and qualify candidates by email and phone
  
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiations
  
• Deal with candidates professionally and negotiate rates
  
• Format resumes for submission.
  
• Coordinate candidate phone and onsite interviews
  
• Stay in touch with candidates through the hiring process and facilitate candidate closing
  
• Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description
