Job Description
- Transfers all new sales-related information to the Sales department.
- Drive recurring sales opportunities with new/existing clients, i.e. hardware, software and services.
- Maintains end- customer database to find sales opportunities.
- Conduct follows ups with existing clients for generating sales leads.
- Manage sales opportunity calendar and pipeline (filter, input and track all sales information in CRM software)
- Seek, gather and organize all related information for new sales opportunities
- Drives internal parts requisition document and negotiates terms with vendors
- Assists in completing new proposal and quotation binder etc.
- Perform routine follow up phone calls and emails regarding status of submitted quotes/proposals
- Manage (client and/or prospect) queries regarding status on upcoming proposals and/or quotes
- Perform sales support functions, as needed
