Designation: Customer Sales Representative
Location : Malad West

Job Description:

• Responsible for making outbound calls to leads generated and/or lists provided
  
• Delivers prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
  
• Educates customers about products or services and prices
  
• Gives advice about how these may benefit customers personally
  
• Describes the product benefits and any special offers
  
• Fills up the CRM
  
• Manages leads and follows up the information from customer database
  
• Converts lead to sales for specific items
  

Skills and Specifications:

• Candidate must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  
• He/ she should have good selling skills, formal presentation skills, problem-solving skills and a pleasing personality
  
• He/she should be persuasive, adaptable and innovative
  
• His/her stress tolerance level should be high as this profession is highly competitive
  
• Willingness to work in night shift (08:30 PM - 05:30 AM)
  
• Age group: 18-28 years only
  
• Experience: 0-1 years, Freshers may apply
  

Perquisites:

• Free drop-off facility in night shift
  
• Fixed weekly off (Sat-Sun) & Fixed Shift, No Rotations
  
• Fixed salary starting from INR 1,20,000/- annually, plus performance based uncapped incentives.
  
• Monday-Friday,11an to 6pm
