Job Description
Job Overview:
A BPO Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and promote products/services. They play a crucial role in customer service, sales, and support operations for domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound Calls – Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, promotions, or resolve their queries.
- Handling Inbound Calls – Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues related to the company’s offerings.
- Customer Support – Assist customers with complaints, order tracking, refunds, and general queries.
- Sales & Lead Generation – Persuade customers to purchase products, subscribe to services, or generate leads for the sales team.
- Data Management – Maintain records of customer interactions, update CRM systems, and document important details.
- Follow-Up Calls – Call back customers to provide additional information, confirm appointments, or close sales.
- Meeting Targets – Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to Scripts – Follow predefined call scripts while interacting with customers to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Handling Escalations – Transfer calls to senior executives or supervisors when necessary for complex issues.
- Providing Accurate Information – Ensure that all details provided to customers are correct and in line with company policies.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluency in regional or international languages (English, Hindi, Spanish, etc.)
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and remain patient with customers
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
- Multitasking and time management
