Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, promoting products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A Telecaller in the BPO process must possess good communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Listen actively to customer queries and provide accurate solutions.

Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all conversations.

Sales & Service Support

Promote products or services to prospective customers when required.

Generate leads and follow up for conversions.

Assist existing customers with product/service-related issues.

Data Management & Reporting

Record details of customer interactions and feedback in the system.

Update databases with accurate customer information.

Prepare daily call logs and share reports with team leaders.

Team Collaboration

Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily/weekly targets.

Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies Required

Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional language (as per process).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
