Job Summary

A BPO/Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and promote products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently. Telecallers work in various industries, including banking, telecom, healthcare, e-commerce, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling (Sales & Lead Generation)

Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on leads to convert them into sales.

2. Inbound Calling (Customer Support & Query Resolution)

Answer customer calls and resolve their queries or complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Escalate complex issues to senior teams if needed.

3. Data Entry & CRM Management

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
Update customer details and feedback after each call.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build a positive rapport with customers.
Provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle irate customers with patience and professionalism.

5. Achieving Call Targets & Performance Goals

Meet daily and monthly call quotas and performance benchmarks.
Improve call quality through feedback and training.
