Answering calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

Redirecting complex issues to appropriate departments or higher-level executives when necessary.

Maintaining records of conversations and customer interactions.

Outbound Calling

Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.

Explaining the features and benefits of products/services to attract potential buyers.

Following up with clients and prospects who have shown interest or require further information.

Conducting surveys to gather customer feedback and market information.

Setting appointments or demos for the sales team as required.

Customer Support

Resolving customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Keeping a detailed log of interactions and following up on unresolved issues.

Updating and maintaining customer databases and call logs.

Keeping track of the conversation outcomes and follow-up actions.

Using CRM tools or call center software to manage and organize customer information.
