Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound or outbound calls based on the assigned BPO campaign (e.g., customer service, sales, collections, support).

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.

Promote products or services as per company offerings (in tele-sales campaigns).

Make follow-up calls to customers/leads and maintain records of conversations.
-
Maintain customer data accurately in CRM tools or internal databases.
-
Resolve customer queries, complaints, or technical issues courteously and professionally.
-
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets (such as number of calls, talk time, conversions).
-
Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and call handling protocols.
-
Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional etiquette at all times.
