Job Summary:
We are hiring BPO / Telecaller for flexible work opportunities including full-time, part-time, and online-only Sunday work. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling calls, providing product or service information, resolving queries, and generating leads depending on the business needs. Work Modes Available:

Full-Time: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat), fixed working hours

Part-Time: Flexible schedule (4–5 hours/day)

Sunday Only (Online): Work remotely on Sundays from the comfort of your home, ideal for extra income seekers or students
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication
-
Make outbound calls or attend inbound calls (based on the project) to assist customers or clients.

Explain products, services, or processes clearly and effectively.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues on call, chat, or WhatsApp.
2. Lead Generation & Data Collection
-
Call potential leads to understand their interest in the product or service.

Capture and update accurate information during each interaction.

Share interested leads with the team for follow-up or conversion.
3. Sales / Support Activities (Based on Project)

If the project involves sales, pitch products confidently and close sales when possible.

If support-based, ensure customer satisfaction through professional interaction and follow-ups.

Guide customers through simple processes like booking, onboarding, or payment.
4. Record-Keeping & CRM Entry
-
Maintain proper records of daily calls, interactions, leads, and feedback.

Update CRM systems or Google Sheets regularly with correct and timely information.
5. Coordination & Follow-Up
-
Coordinate with team leaders or managers to understand daily targets or updates.

Follow up with clients as instructed or as per the call script.
