Telecaller – Credit Card & Loan Sales

Job Role:
The Telecaller will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products such as credit cards, personal loans, business loans, and other banking services through outbound calls. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain the features and benefits of credit cards, personal loans, and other financial products.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up on leads and handle customer queries efficiently.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.

Coordinate with the sales team and report daily performance.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or financial product sales (Freshers can apply).

Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
