Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, gather feedback, or generate leads.

Handle inbound calls related to customer queries, complaints, orders, billing, or service requests.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using appropriate methods and tools.

Transfer calls to the appropriate department or escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
2. Customer Service and Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring resolution on the first call whenever possible.

Record customer issues and update internal systems with detailed notes after each interaction.

Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures to maintain consistent service quality.

Calmly handle irate or frustrated customers and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
3. Sales and Lead Generation (if applicable):

Promote products or services to potential customers via outbound calls.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.

Meet daily or weekly targets for sales, conversions, or leads as per campaign requirements.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate call records, customer profiles, and transaction logs in the CRM or internal systems.

Report recurring issues or customer feedback to supervisors for process improvement.

Submit daily call reports, performance summaries, or sales logs as per company standards.
5. Process Adherence and Quality Compliance:

Comply with company policies, scripts, and protocols for call handling and data management.

Participate in quality audits and accept feedback for performance improvement.

Adhere to data privacy, confidentiality, and security guidelines during all interactions.

Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and technical support tools.
