Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic BPO/Telecaller for an international voice process focused on the UK market. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and clients, promoting services or gathering information depending on campaign requirements. This role requires excellent English communication skills, confidence, and the ability to engage in professional conversations with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers in the UK region for sales, lead generation, surveys, or customer support.

Clearly communicate the product or service offerings and address customer questions.

Build rapport with customers to encourage engagement and conversion.

Follow call scripts and guidelines where applicable while maintaining a natural conversation flow.

Record and update customer details accurately in the system.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up and support when required.

Maintain a positive and professional approach in all customer interactions.

Participate in training, meetings, and team-building activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in spoken English is a must – clear pronunciation and neutral accent.

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.

Willingness to work in UK time zone (afternoon to late evening IST).

Ability to handle pressure and meet calling or sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools or calling software.
