Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused BPO / Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for sales, customer support, or collections. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain records of conversations in CRM/software.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, sales, or customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Discipline)
Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Regional Language.
✔ Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
✔ Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling experience (preferred).
✔ Strong persuasion & negotiation skills (for sales roles).
✔ Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
