We are hiring Fresher/ Exp. candidates in Bulk for BPO . Interested Candidates call on and mail on / Positions in

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida/ Delhi , for freshers in positions including inbound/outbound calling, international/domestic voice support, non-voice support, and backend processes. Day-to-day tasks may involve handling customer inquiries, providing assistance, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Undergraduate / Graduates
Flexibility to work in different shifts (day or night) or handle international and domestic processes
Teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow professionally
High school diploma or equivalent; higher educational qualifications are a plus
Prior experience or an understanding of call center or customer service processes is advantageous (but not mandatory)
Proficiency in multiple languages can be beneficial for providing multilingual support
