Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic BPO/Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to provide information about products and services, generate sales leads, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
You will be part of a fast-paced environment where you’ll interact with a wide range of customers and play a crucial role in achieving company sales and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Make inbound and outbound calls to customers based on the provided database or leads.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs, offer products/services, and resolve issues.

Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, or policy changes to customers.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Sales and Lead Generation:

Promote and sell products/services to potential customers by explaining the features and benefits.

Generate and qualify leads by calling existing or prospective customers.

Follow up on inquiries, close sales, and meet monthly or weekly sales targets.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
3. Customer Service:

Address customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently, aiming for customer satisfaction.

Handle customer objections and queries related to billing, delivery, or product/service usage.

Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved customer issues and escalate complex issues to higher management.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
4. Data Management:

Accurately update customer information in the CRM system (or other platforms) after each call.

Track and document feedback from customers to identify common issues or trends.

Report sales and customer service activity to the supervisor or team leader as per company requirements.
5. Meeting Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of productivity and ensure all calls are made within the designated time frame.
6. Reporting and Communication:

Report any issues or difficulties faced during customer interactions to the team leader.

Provide suggestions for improving the customer experience or sales strategies.

Communicate important information from customers to the appropriate departments for further action.
